Whole, Half, or Quarter Beef
If you want to be able to pull a chuck roast or a t-bone steak out of your freezer at any time, then this option might be for you. Depending on how much meat you want, you can buy a whole, half, or quarter of a steer. We'll haul the steer to a meat processor for you and then you can communicate with the processor about what cuts of meat you would like. If you are interested in more info, contact us!
